Errors in transactions at a venue can often be due to the payment card not being added correctly in the app.
To update your payment card, you must do the following:
1) open the app and navigate to the profile menu
2) Select the "Payment card" option
3) Remove all attached payment cards in the app (if you have more than one, remove all cards in the app to reset)
4) Add the payment card you want as your default and main payment card in the app
5) The app is now associated with the new payment card
