Here are the most common reasons for payment errors that can prevent payment for your membership from going through:
- There are insufficient funds on your card for us to deduct the amount.
- Your bank has detected unusual activity on your card, which has caused a delay in your payment for a few days.
- Your payment card must be updated in the app: Select Profile -> Select payment card -> Click on "Delete card" -> Add payment card again.
The last step is often what allows us to complete the payment. If you are unsure what the reason is, please update your payment card just in case.
