There can be multiple reasons why a code doesn’t work.
Campaign and promo codes:
- The campaign code is no longer valid.
- A typing error has occurred.
If you've used a code to add a Venue benefit card, you must accept the card's terms and conditions before accessing the benefits associated with it.
Invitation codes:

The invitation code has already been used: This may not be visible in the app but can happen if you've already started setting up a membership but stopped midway.

You’re already a member: If you've already activated a NightPay+ membership, you cannot activate an invitation code afterward. Invitation codes can only be used during the initial activation of the subscription and will not work once that stage is completed. This also applies if you've simply forgotten to enter a friend's invitation code as part of the subscription activation.

You’ve previously received a free trial period: Only one free trial period is offered per person, which applies to all campaigns.
