There can be several reasons why your drink ticket does not show up. If none of the answers below help you, please contact our support.
Welcome drink:
New NightPay+ members receive 1 x free drink ticket upon registration. The ticket will be visible in the app when the membership creation is complete. You can only receive this ticket once. If you were previously a member and have now resumed your membership, you will not receive the ticket again.
Weekly drink:
NightPay+ members receive 1 x drink ticket each week, which must be used before the end of the week. The ticket will be visible under "benefits" in the app, every Monday at 08.00. If you cancel your membership, you will no longer receive the drink ticket. If you are a member, but experience that your ticket does not arrive, you must contact support, who will investigate the matter further.
- If you have experienced this several times we may have to reset your profile and set it up again. Contact support and they will help you out.
- If you have canceled your membership, the allocation of weekly/daily tickets will stop immediately, while your discount rate will only end when your membership expires.
Tickets via invitation codes:
If you have shared your invitation code with a friend, you will receive a drink ticket once the user has completed creating their membership. If the user forgets to use your invitation code during creation or if the user previously was a NightPay+ member, we unfortunately cannot offer you the ticket.
Note: If you experience variations in benefits, it may be because your friend has received a personal benefit.
