There may be several reasons why you will be charged for your membership, even if you have canceled the subscription. When you cancel your membership, it will be active until the next payment date, after which your membership will become inactive.
If you still experience withdrawals, it may be because:
- You have deleted your payment card but not unsubscribed: Deleting your payment card in the app does not cause your membership to stop. You must actively cancel your membership in the app.
- You have not completed the unsubscribe process: We will send a confirmation email once you have unsubscribed from your membership. Therefore, pay attention to whether you have completed the deregistration.
- You have two different NightPay profiles: If you have linked your payment card to two different NightPay profiles, i.e. profiles that have been created with different emails, and have an active membership on both profiles, you will be drawn for membership twice, until you cancel a membership on one profile.
- You are abroad: It is not possible to cancel a membership while you are abroad, unless you are already logged in. You must therefore contact support, who will help.
