How do I redeem a ticket?

To redeem a ticket, simply order an item at the bar that corresponds to the benefit on your ticket. You can always see what your ticket can be used to buy by clicking on the ticket and reading the description. You use the ticket in the app in the following way:

• Tap "Benefits" at the bottom of the screen
• Find the ticket you want to use
• Select the number of tickets you want to use
• Press "scan ticket"

Note:

• It is not possible to cancel a purchase via a ticket.
• Tickets always have an expiry date which will be indicated on the ticket. The expiry date cannot be extended.
• If the app has drawn too many tickets in connection with a purchase, contact support.
