Can I cancel my membership purchase?

You have the option of canceling the purchase of your membership for up to 14 days after creation, regardless of whether the product has been used or not.

• The right of withdrawal begins from the date the membership is created.
• In the case of free trial periods of 14 days, the right of withdrawal expires.
• Membership renewals are included in the 14 days. The right of withdrawal is therefore not renewed upon subsequent renewal of membership, as it is one and the same product with ongoing membership payment.
