As an existing member, you can switch between the available membership plans (monthly, 6-month or 12-month).
- You change your payment plan in the app under: profile --> membership. Here's what happens when you switch:
- You will see a message in the app informing you that your old agreement will end immediately and that your new agreement will take effect immediately.
- You accept the updated membership terms by placing a check mark in the app.
- You will be deducted the amount for the new plan immediately, and at the same time you will automatically receive a prorated refund for the remainder of your already paid period on the old plan.
- You will receive an email receipt both for the partial refund of your old agreement and for the payment of your new plan.
