If you have lost access to your NightPay profile, contact Support. In order to help you, you must include the following information:
- What is the email you created your NightPay profile with?
- Describe why you no longer have access to the email.
- What email do you want to change it to?
If the name on the profile does not match your name, unfortunately we cannot help you without proof that you are the previous owner of the email associated with the account.
