Launch of NightPay Rewards from the 28th of march, 2025

Dear User!

Starting March 28, 2025, we are introducing something new to NightPay, namely NightPay Rewards!

Rewards is a brand new type of benefits program, unique to you as a NightPay user. With the program, you can earn special benefits by paying with the App and see your progress live.

Important things to know about NightPay Rewards 🧐

1. You can always see which Rewards are available to you in the App
   1. On the NightPay home screen, you can always see all available 'Rewards' and the number you have available/completed! 🥳
   2. On the 'Explore' page, you can access our brand new 'Rewards' menu and see an overview of all your available and completed Rewards.
      
      
2.  You automatically earn 'progress'
   1. You automatically earn 'progress' towards your available Rewards, unless a Reward is stated as requiring manual activation. If an available Reward requires your manual activation, and you have not yet done this, any purchases or activities made with NightPay (which would otherwise have resulted in progress for the given Reward in question) is not accounted for. 
   2. You can always follow your 'progress' on the individual Reward on the home screen, and by clicking into the Reward to read about its details. 
      
      
3. Your earned benefits automatically appear in your App, where you can see info about them
   1. When you complete a Reward, you will automatically receive your new benefit. The benefit will appear under the 'Benefits' menu in the App - remember to scroll through the row to locate your new benefit if you have more benefits available than you can see at once.
   2. Please note that normal terms and conditions apply to the benefits you earn, and these will appear in the benefit's information, which you access by clicking on the individual benefit (including expiration date, products the benefit can be redeemed for, and any other conditions).
      
      
4. Difference between 'Recurring' and 'One-time' Rewards
   1. Some Rewards can be completed multiple times. If you spend more with NightPay than it takes to complete such a Reward, the remainder will automatically be transferred to the next one. The status of your 'progress' on completed and new recurring rewards will always appear in the App. 
   2. Some Rewards can only be completed once. When you complete such a Reward, a new one will not appear, which means that any additional progress will not be transferred to a new Reward.
      
      
5. Expiration and termination of 'progress' on Rewards
   1. Rewards are valid until the expiration date stated on the individual Reward. If you do not manage to complete it by then, your 'progress' will be lost and cannot be transferred to other Rewards.
   2. If you have a NightPay+ membership and you unsubscribe, your 'progress' on any started NightPay+ Rewards will be lost. It will be indicated on the individual Reward with a NightPay+ icon ('+') if the Reward is only valid for NightPay+ members, and therefore is subject to this rule.
